Question PLEASE HELP!!!Throttle isnt fully opening when going WOT trying to figure out why

i have a 2015 SRT jeep that hellcat swapped, fully built drivetrain, 2.85 pulley ID1000 injectors CAI and catless mids. Been talking with my tuner and he said that something isnt right when going WOT in 3rd 3500-5000 rpm, throttle position increases with RPM and doesnt know why. I tested wiring going to pedal and tested good. i have Smoot boost controller connected to pedal but that works fine. Im also stilll using stock pcm and wiring harness with 3bar map sensor adapter for SC. i ordered a brand new pedal to make sure it was that. if any other hemi tuner can just take a look and help me or know a solution so i can help my tuner finish the tune id greatly appreciate it. i attached tune and log if anyone can help me thatd be great thank you.

First off, doesn't it bother you that you have to come to a forum and ask for help to go back and report to your "tuner"? If I had to go on a forum and ask how to fix my sink so I could go back and tell my plumber, I'd find another plumber. Not to mention if I had to ask a medical forum so I could report back to my doctor.

Next thing is, I'd tell my tuner first he needs to understand what and how to log proper pids to solve specific problems. I'd get rid of 80% of the pid list. You don't need all that trans shit in there. It just makes it harder to decipher. Need to concentrate on pedal, throttle and torque. It's not a bad pedal. No need to throw parts at it. It's in the torque control. The ECU is pissed off. Need to not piss it off.

Next thing is, when in doubt, put stuff back to stock. Especially when you've changed a billion things and you can't figure out a specific problem. Turning off everything under the sun typically leads to a pissed off ECU.
