L83 with 6l90 help

I Had a customer bring me a 2018 l83 with a 6l80 4x4 trans .....He wanted a 2wd so I put a 6L90 trans out of a 2014 Silverado .....I have having a problem getting the two to work together ....Does anyone know if I can get them to work together .....

Its not problem, sounds like you need to flash the 6l90. The 6l80 and 6l90 use the same TCM part number. You can flash it with hptuners

thanks , I had to have a GM tech come over and flash the stock tcm file from the vin number in the computor so they would math ,
now it works .
