NNT help

I am new to using the NNT and am having an issue. I am working on a redeye crate swapped car and the car is dialed in minus wide open throttle. I followed the steps in NNT and made the changes (added 15% to WOT only) on all the cam tables and loaded the file in the car and it doesn't make any change in the wot fueling. Both widebands read roughly .93 lambda and the stft's both say -15.6% both before NNT and after NNT. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I did try turning of NN and it ran great and logged exactly where I wanted on fuel and timing but only made 9psi and was 80whp down from where it should be.
