Hey guys. New here on the forum. I just got done doing a Dod delete on a 2016 Escalade. Ls7 lifters. Btr 220 cam with springs and pushrods. 4 degree limiter. It starts up sometime with throttle pedal. And other times it just starts and dies immediately. Checked all fuses. I set the advance base timing to 0 on the whole table because that?s what the cam card said. Just wondering if there is something else I?m missing. Making 2k high pressure fuel.
Following. I am new to gm tuning as well. Dodge I am proficient in but gen 5 gm is a different animal. Helping a friend on his l83 c10 swop. Got it tostart and run . He is an hour away but will go get at it again in a few days.
You might want to post your tune so we can check it over.
0 cam degrees right? Not spark advance degrees?

You don't set the base timing to zero degrees. You need to set the cam timing table to zero degrees, big difference. Sounds like you need to pay someone reputable for a base tune.
