2022 Ford Explorer ST - Apply HPT Custom Patch

I noticed when loading up the new version of HPT, I have a "Apply HPT Custom Features" under OS. What does this do? Is it safe to just click apply, or do I have to do other things to re-calibrate everything? Will re-flashing a stock file remove the features? I cant find anything with search on this item and hopeing someone can point me to some info. I see some places say trans brake ability and stuff like that.

Also, what is the Ecoboost DI patch? Do I need to flash that too?

I believe the di patch just allows the 1-shot soi to be before the “mystery limit”.
