Kinda hard to help without the tune file and knowing what your issues are

FWIW, your engine isn't getting hot enough to log for fuel corrections. Looks like a bad Tstat, which I've been seeing a lot lately. Replace that and make filters to only log for fuel corrections at a coolant temp higher than 186ish and a tip temp greater than 60 celcius. That should help to get things back closer to right. It also looks like you either have a bad injector or misfire on bank 1 that needs addressing right away Then after all of that is corrected, even though you probably don't have the ability to do so, the torque model will hold the majority of the rest of your solutions.

I would investigate plugs and wires first. Add misfires and see if a cylinder is showing any. Bank 1 is very lean in comparison. Usually either a dead cylinder or fuel problem.

Heavy feeling? Also make sure for your converter lock up that nothing was changed there if you're pushing against that clutch it's definitely going to feel heavy

Swap injectors bank to bank and see if the issue follows. Go easy with them. You don't want to tear any seals. Make sure you don't have any vacuum leaks first. It's about 12 to 13 ish % more lean on bank 1. Pretty decent spread and goes as high as nearly 30% in your above drive logs.

Torque management can cause goofy stuff like this too, but I'm not directly seeing anything to say that's what's happening.

What kind of mileage? 5.3's typically are fairly worn by 100 to 140000 miles. Did you swap them to the other bank and see if the problem followed?

I know a misfire won't necessarily show up, especially if you changed any of the misfire counters for the cam - I honestly didn't look - I've got one right now that's got a bad plug wire and only misfires under the right loads, but when it is it's causing fuel to change about the same amount as yours.

Just looked. You have misfires max out, so it won't ever show any if you are logging for them. Need to put those back to stock, then see what's going on.

Unless I'm looking at the wrong thing, you're still 15% leaner on bank 1. I would swap injectors bank to bank and see if it follows.

Always do injectors as sets. Fueling is completely different, so your after the right thing. Cyl 6 goes to misfiring really bad at one point. Now either all new ones or do the other bank.
