The icl is 108 according to a cam card. Most Chinese versions seem to be the same. 112 lsa +4
Nice work. It's hard to find full cam specs from some manufacturers. Wasn't sure if +4 or +3.
If you consider some timing chain slack, grind error, etc, you can take that spreadsheet and add a small amount to it to be safe. A lot of times ill copy that in and add .03ish to get the spray a little further past evc and to account for some error. Anywhere around 5-6* earlier or later by the spreadsheet does not make much noticeable difference in idle or fuel smell from my experience.
Log knock and burst knock in the channels
"I don't care how it runs as long as it chop chops at idle"
Where is it cutting off exactly? During a pull, idle, decel?
Just when i pulling out my yard . or pulling in to turn around or like at a stop and it maybe me hearing it idle down . lol
Ok so it's not catching itself on return to idle? When you give it gas does it stabilize after?
oh yea it runs good when you give it gas . And seems ike it has a lot more power or get up and go.
A lot of the problem is the O2's are switching extremely slowly. How far downstream are they located? It's like they're cold.
02 are just at bottom of long tubes and are new . Maybe there not good ones or something . I had just replaced the passenger side
And I really didn't let truck warm up before i do the datalogs.
It should've been warm enough in that log. It's the longtubes and cold weather.
Try this. O2 settings and VE.
Its running good it does the return to idle like you spoke of .
Yessir looking better. I'll get back to this evening if you don't mind. Get another log and bring the rpm's up in it. Go for a 20 min drive to get the exhaust heat soaked. What brand O2's?
Yes. Denso is the best.
I had to change the exhaust and go back with stock style and the numbers were crazy on this run i hope that doesnt mess it up .
