Check out black widow exhaust. Best sounding I've heard on a truck, and they're cheap. Quiet idle, but they sure get loud when you want them to. They even have a 'Neighborhater' model lol.

Numbers aren't crazy at all. Still have the slow O2 problem. Maybe throw a set of Denso O2's in there like you're saying.

    Here's for now.

Will the stock muffler hurt the horsepower?

It can. We didn't map enough of the upper end of the VE table to tell by how much.

Sometimes they come out of it with a fluid and filter change. Run some Seafoam TransTune for a few hundred miles. Then drain as much out as possible by disconnecting the cooler return line to pump the fluid out. Keep refilling and pumping until clean and bright red. Those shop flushes where they douche fluid in and out through the dipstick tube can be damaging. Pumping out of the cooler line keeps the same hydraulic circuit path, so debris doesn't end up crammed in the valve body.

After that copy the Performance upshift pressure table to the Normal.

I will give that a try. But we have started to rebuild a transmission that i had that i wanted to bullet proof it . But ill have to wait for that . But i will run the transtune and see what it does. And fluss out the lines.

    transmission rebuild

This is a run after the transmission rebuild. Has stage 2 kit with the HD shift kit so it shifts hard . But is fun to drive . Im having a problem with rear end noise now got another 373 gear rearend for it . I added a 3000 stall street brawler from jegs . Let me no what you think .

looks alright could use some more timing 22 degrees at 4400 to the shift is pretty low imo 12.2 afr is pretty safe too but with no WB cant say that's accurate so you probably shouldn't get too crazy with timing until you verify AFR
With the shift kit Id take that timing reduction off on the shift but that's your preference, it could keep the band and 3/4 clutches alive I guess.

Scanner polling rate is pretty slow. Remove torque, load, and misfire stuff. Don't need B1/B2 S2. MAF stuff isn't needed right now for SD. Trans Performance and Calculated Gear Ratio.

VE roughed in. Shifting changes applied for your stall.
