NGC4 Idle command anomolly

6.1 based 426, Ngc4 pcm, 235/247 112 cam, stock throttle body. Having an idle rpm command anomaly where at almost exactly 1min 50seconds it gradually increases the command idle RPM ~240rpm over the course of about 10-15 seconds and parks there. Regardless of setting every last table in the Idle tab at my desired idle RPM ALL OF THEM. It does it in closed and open loop and regardless of the idle set in all the tables it still increases it the ~240rpm. I feel like I'm missing something. I've logged everything I could possibly think of that HPT has for channels as well? everything from controller voltage to evap purge%. (done 900 TB relearns and adaptive restes)

Post your unmodified tune file also.

One problem is you set your minimum spark table to 5 degrees so it can't pull the timing any lower to try and control idle speed.

Your idle desired RPM increases when the RPM increases. I'd flash it back to stock and start over with just the basics. There's something funky going on and it think it's supposed to be idling that high.
