VGT Sweep

Does anyone know how to activate the vgt sweep feature on a 2016 F250? I have access to WinOLS and have user defined parameters on HPT but I can't seem to find what controls the sweep so I can add them in. My truck only does the sweep as soon as it drops to idle after each drive, but a friend's truck does the vgt sweep every 15 minutes or so at idle so I know it's possible. Only reason I'm wanting to do this is that I think it'll help keep the turbo vanes clean during long idle times.

Here is the tune I've been working on. My truck runs good but let me know if you see anything in there that needs changing.
