TRX 2022 twin turbo set :-)

Hi,

I would like to introduce myself, I am Ronald from ECU Soft Chip Tuning from Belgium.

I have a Ram TRX 2022 twin turbos from Ripatuned with 1200cc injectors and JMS pump.

fuel trims, ignition everything looks neat.

Only problem is I can't start at full throttle in first gear. then I get an ECC message in the log and the bypass on my original charger opens and throws out all the boost. bye bye power :-(

then it recovers and does the same thing again around 800 actual trq

I see this in first gear, sport mode, then i get ecc notice!
If I switch to 2, I have a similar problem, only now it does not dump my boost, but when I get to around 800 actual trq it get stuck, drops back in rpm and then does the same again.

Now I read and hear a lot that my transfer case is broken, if that is the case, then I will buy a new one, but not that I am simply missing a limiter or something like that?

I bought the set from Ripatuned, verry good guys and I don't want to bother them with this all the time, they helped me enough. Maybe someone had similar issue? I can send a log so you can see what is happining? hopefully someone has had a similar problem and can help me out.

No tune file, no data log, no help. Ain't no brail diagnostics here. No way to know what you have going on from a verbal description. If you're an experienced "tuner" you should know this.

Torque source says ECC so this is pretty much self explanatory.
