It's a good idea to give everybody some more info---like make of vehicle, year, engine, trans type, mods done? Maybe a copy of your tune and a scan if you have one??

2006 Tbss 4l80e drive by wire. Does work with key on engine off it all gears. Engine on no go.
You have to post your tune file & log file, dude. This doesn't work any other way. Without that it's just trying to diagnose a story.
Any DTCs?
