nag 1 not responding to shit adjustments

shifts at 5900 no mater what i do .
it also upshifts at 5900 in autostick.
It is a new trans and engine ,engine makes 650 hp at 6800 rpm na.
if i do by chance get it to 6500 the trans goes in limp mode( all neutral)
the tq reduction on shifts is also random it seams to work below 5400 rpm but not above .
does anyone know why various rpms and other data on data record do not match for example vss on graph is 71 on channels it is 67?

Noticing some things that may fix your issues:

    Engine Side:
-Engine rpm limiter is at 6850rpm, you want this ~400rpm above the TCM limit (Currently TCM limit is 7500rpm). Raise the engine rpm limiter to wherever comfortable, and have tcm limit 400rpm lower.
-Tq mgmt Shift TqRed Time is 0 -> change to 0.30s

    Trans Side:
-Modify TCM limit as stated above
-Limp offset is 500 -> raise to 1000
-Perf Driving Factor is off? Why is this?
-Max shift time is 0ms -> change to 2400ms
-Converter lockup in 3rd is at 7050rpm and 4th is 6100, with unlock rpm higher which is strange (unlock rpm should always be lower than lockup rpm)- maybe it doesn't matter though in this case, but its worth fixing.

Try changing those to see if it solves your issues. Is this a stock NAG1?

the perf driving factor is off because i did not another influencing factors to be at play .
The shift time was a type o i did notice that .
The converter stuff is weard it is like that on the stock call . i think it is so the converter is always locked .
Stock the trans limit was 6400 limp was 500 whitch should be hi enough .
Does the code not recognize 7500
It is a new trans with blue top amg solinoids.

I was able to keep the trans out of limp mode by setting the limp offset to 7500.
stoll cant get to shift past 6000 or so .
the 2 data records here 1 is set to 3125 the other 3225 for the 2 -3 shift b the it shifts the same .
i also noticed that the wot flag is off at wot . the trans throttle reports 100%

I checked further and your down shift scheduling was wonky as well. Downshifts higher than upshifts. I fixed this as well as the converter unlock rpms. You changed the max shift time value, but it is still too low - this is not the proper way to adjust shift speed. And I made some other changes like engine max rpm changed from 6850 to 7000.

Try flashing this Engine/Trans file and report back; It should shift right around 6700 for each gear.

    I will try today .
About the downshift table with the 2-3 set to 2150 oss should mean it will not downshift till the oss is below 2150 which in 3rd gear is 3050 rpm . this is how i understand oss shifting , is this not correct ?Iin IN 4 and 5 the downshifts look like normal gm tables .
This shifting on oss is weard , vss is way easier to me .

The downshifting is one gear offset from what you are thinking. For example the 1-2 and the 2-1 are both based on the 1st gear ratio. 2-3 and 3-2 are based on the 2nd gear ratio, etc.

I can't see the log file as I have the old software, but yea the tune shouldn't have fast shifts as it's basically stock, but it should shift higher.

It still shifts at 6k? Strange

Try this one - be sure to flash both engine and trans cal. If it still shifts at 6k, then I'm not sure what the issue is.

Trans shift points are set at 6800rpm.
Changed torque converter lockup in 3rd gear +
    Shift firmness/speed upped
engine rev limiter bumped by 200rpm
some adder values, max torque, and torque management changed

OP did you get this figured out? I am having the same issue with a 2010 SRT8, it shifts at 6200 no matter what I change. Seems as if the tune is just reverting back to stock.

This is the case trying to change the shift points both up and down.

I was able to come up with a solution that worked for me and wanted to share in case it helps someone else. I decide to try doing a new read of the ECU and TCM to see if my tune changes were actually being written to the tcm as expected. Unsurprisingly, they were not. Looking at the tune file, it was clear that some of the tune changes were taking, such as torque management and weirdly the limp mode offset, but the TCM max limit and all of the shift scheduling was stuck stock. I modified this new tune file and then flashed it to the tcm and performed another read to see what happened. This time the tune changes took. I drove around today and the car is shifting as expected. My only guess is that the original tune file had some kind of corruption and "starting over" solved the issue.
