downloaded the vehicle on 2 different (MPVI2 & new MPVI3) when it completes all pages are just blank. Takes 10 minutes to download and says completed. Could this vehicle have a previous tune that can not be read ? Thanks

does it give you any messages when you open the tune?
Does it give you a checksum error after reading? That usually causes this to happen. What version of VCM are you using?
