    IAT spark correction tuning

So, I have a 2008 DBW L92, Corvette manual trans E38, with a comp cam, LS3 injectors and car intake. The engine actually runs quite good. I get a little bit of bucking when the IAT is at its highest.
HOW DO YOU TUNE IAC SPARK ADVANCE CORRECTION (ecm)12621 MULT (ecm)12620 and MULT2 (ecm)12628?

Can you point out in that log where it's bucking?

What are the cam specs? "Comp cam" covers a few thousand part numbers probably.

What is this in? No VSS, is this a swap?

barking up the wrong tree on this one.

I'll tune those tables only when strong averages of knock at particular IAT's are showing up. Or the car is neutered too much with high IATs.

Your bucking issue is going to be something else though. Point out in the log where you feel it. Having a VSS wired into the PCM is very helpful. It doesn't have to be accurate. Its used to turn on and off idle functions among other things.

Thanks for the response Alvin, I'll have to get back with you on the log showing the bucking. The one above is with the car stationary and does not show any bucking. My car does have a VSS. To have a VSS is the main reason I am running an L92 with a corvette E38. I am getting just a little bucking once the car has run for say half an hour and some heat sink has set in. I have used a lot of compare on this tune with other similar engines. I am surprised to find very different data in these spark correction tables from one compare to the other.
