    2008 E38 Corvette C6 Z06 2 bar Fan logic %

Hello, I'm at job lunch time. So I will post the tune file and the log by tonight here.

Setting are: PWN elec. and 128hz
    Fan are : C7 Z06 600w
The problem described below are doing the same things for purpose information with my factory C6 Z06 Fan.

I have applied the 2 bar map patch years ago. But I'm still fighting the % fan commanded in the tune file vs the % desired in real life.

Lets say at 35% commanded at 73C cell, nothing happens. When I log, fan stay 0% at 73C. He start slowly increasin when he reach 76C or so which is the next cell.

If I put something like 70% at the 73C cell, it run like 28% or so. If I put 75% in the cell, it run like 34% or so.

If Ill go through the scanner, and commanding whatever number I want, the fan % desired and % actual follow inline what I'm commanding through the scanner buttons.

Do I have an operating system problems or can we have this work like a champ and the % commanded will be the % delivered at the temperature .

    Best.

This is Platform Requested Fan Speed Adjustement.
HVAC module demands hotter coolant and lowers fan speed.

    Look for GMW8770-2006 document.

    4.1.4.4.2.2 Platform-Requested Fan Speed Adjustement

You have to dial K_FanAdjustLimitLo and K_FanAdjustLimitHi parameters (not mapped in HPT).

u have to match the tables for the 0-1 or 1-2 or 1-0 quite easy once u get the hang of it but wont work if its wrong, look at the desired temp factory see where it has 51 that is fan 1 on and where it has 91 that is fan2 on, then where it has 24 i think that is fan1 off, just move those values around to the temps u want and interpopulate between and it should work as log as u havnt touched any of the other tables

Ouput control vs state are all 1
state vs desired % are all 0.

Do you have a screen shot of it and how to set them properly to have it work ?
I put a screen shot of my actual table % vs ECT.

    Thx

You can try to ask support for adding those parameters for your OS.

    Post your tune file.

looks ok, state v desired% and desired v ect and output control v state, also just noticed in your pic the ignition off temps are all set low and ive found with another GM vehicle that if the ect goes above the ign off set temps whilst running the fans will not come on, if u have a stock file put all back to stock there, or if not add in your tune file and ill copy over the data for it
