Turbo hummer h2 build throttle imput issue.

Looking for help on my hummer h2 build.

    specs
    stock engine 6.0
speed density cobalt ss sensor and ait sensor
    deka 60lbs injectors
    7865 turbo

runs and idles great when warm and stabilized. cold start could be smoother.
the main issue I'm having is with any throttle input engine cuts off and dies. if i stab it quickly it will rev up smother and sounds fine.

here is the log and map file hoping i messed up somewhere on the base map.
    thank you

Map sensor and/or offset and linear are wrong. It's reading 200 Kpa key on engine off.

What is the part number and where did you get it?

Edit: the sensor you have in it is 1 bar.

Do a search on here for the PS10000 number and it will show that as a 1 bar. In the Supercharged Cobalt, it probably would cross reference to the Barometric sensor, not the MAP sensor.

You're logging 2 different map pids. One is buried at 105 Kpa and the other is reading 148 and the engine is struggling to idle at 400 RPM.

Don't care what the sensor is supposed to be.

Did you match up linear and offset for the new map sensor?

Never mind, that part number cross references to the same as PS10000.

Ya. I was having a hard time finding a true 2 bar sensor regardless of trying to find it by car. Cobalt ss map sensor was incorrect unless you buy the ac Delco which nobody has. Today I?ll get a pigtail and use a Duramax 4bar map sensor or a CTs-v 3 bar whatever I can find and I?ll update. Regardless I appreciate the help I would have over looked the 1 bar thing.

Don't use whatever you can find. Get the right sensor for the application. So you don't have to cut/splice wires, possibly screw something up, etc.

The Cobalt SS MAP sensor is 1-bar. The Cobalt SS baro sensor is 2-bar. 12615136.

Is that for the Supercharged 2.0L SS or the 2.4L NA SS?

It's used on a bunch of different models from '04-'09 as the BARO sensor.

I upgraded to a 4bar map sensor and also tried a 3bar for testing we have the same issue. Any input in throttle vehicle wants to stall out. Almost as if it has no idea how much air is flowing in. But if I throttle rapidly on/off I?m able to rev to 5k no issues if I apply any amount at a steady rate it wants to stall

And did you set up the correct Linear & Offset for the various sensors you shotgunned at it? Were they pinned correct for each sensor (they are not all the same)?

Got it figured out with a zr1 3bar and the issue was with the maf sensor was set to be ignored so it was still trying to read maf. Once I allowed it to fail it worked great! 5psi rip today no issues.
