Newbe, Help with a Vortec 7.4

I'm brand new to tuning with a laptop, used to jets and a timing light
I have a 99 K2500 with a 7.4 and 4L80E I recently bought.
For what little information can find on how to tune these, only thing I have done is pulled the torque management 100% out of it and adjusted the speed limiter
the truck is 100% stock, It's my daily driver and tow with it.
Looking for advice on a tune.

Enable Power Enrichment. Right now when throttle and MAP conditions are met it still takes 60 seconds to come up. Basically disabled. Zero that delay timer out. Adjust TPS settings and enrichment rates.
