13 5.7 based 392 10:5:1 cpr w only 7psi boost single turbo ks voltage and retard

At sea level. Air has been really great, not too humid yet and cool. About 55-75 air temps. 82mm turbo w 1.15 exhaust.
Af is 11.0-11.2 wot. Boost showing in at 2300 and at 7psi by 2800ish. It pull?s timing no matter what it has. I has to be the exhaust pipe ran to the turbo. All I know is it made signifiantly more power disabling the ks on the dyno and kept making 20hp increments w every 1.5 of spark.

My question is, what is a safe timing curve for a car like this? I don?t like having the ks off so I will try to raise the voltage but I swear even w it raised it still pulled spark even if it is raised to 2.5v and it always shows under 2.5 logging it.

Also, in the general air tb, has sensed map for airflow set at .91 pr. Why would you not set that to .15?

Post the tune and a log so we can review. What fuel are you running? What are the IAT's after intercooler at full boost?

I'd first check for if the exhaust is hitting something under wot or if there is something else causing false knock.

I figured everyone would want to see a tune and log lol just not at the pc atm. Iat is in the pipe after the ic ab 1.5’ from tb. Iat stays consistent with ambient air temp + or - 10* at wot. I can show 75 iat and shows knock at 3k up w 6*at 3k at 7psi and ends w 12* at 6300 at 7ps w a lower pressure ratio. Cam is too small. Looses pr after 5200

I will post the tune in a few. Theres some fd up fueling in it atm. Trying to get fuel right w out scaling injectors. Hellcats and other vehicles do not have over 100 in ve tables. I want to have it set like that. I think they use the map at low loads and use the iat multiplier scaled for the map sensor to add fuel in boost. I know the spark tables got me due to me thinking they were pressure ratio based but nope, air charge based. The scale was similar so I assssumed lol
