MED17.1 Boost Request Procedure

Hello, I'm having difficulties with a 2012 GTI where I simply am struggling with producing more boost. Customer switched from K03 to the F23T so I know it is well capable of more. I understand that you may command boost through the torque and airmass requests as well as being able to adjust PR limits. However, I've spent the past day adjusting every parameter that makes sense to me as well as every parameter I've seen mentioned when doing research and have had no luck with any outcomes. I don't produce any more or less boost than I did before, powerband also feels the same.

I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on why I'm running into this issue, or what parameters i need to adjust and how they need adjusted.

Could you upload your OEM read and tuned file? I'm sure a few people on here can take a look

Here is a stock file for this vehicle, I am just looking for help finding all parameters that need adjusted. Thank you all in advance.

UPDATE: I went into my file this morning and found a max desired load in the Airflow>>General tabs. Im unsure how I had been missing it, but now i am hitting upwards of 21psi.
