    Sync issue

    Who all has had a device failure since the 3 was released? Seems odd to me that the reply is always an internal device failure and how you can purchase a new one. Seems like a scam to me, no reason to have a failure with a device thats had minimal usage.

    We have an extremely low failure rate. How old is your device? Personally I still have my MPVI1(had the usb port on it replaced about 10 years ago but still works fine). Electronics, unfortunately, aren't perfect. I had to replace my 2 year old smart TV last year due to failure. Sometimes things just fail with no rhyme or reason.
    It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...
