You can't expect it to run normal on a stock VE table. Same as you can't expect it to run normal with a VE table that's hacked.

You need to pull a stock F body file off the repository and do a write entire. Put it all back to stock. There's too much shit changed in this file to even use it as a base.

Start with your injector data. Then you need to setup the VE to get it closer. Don't just chop out a chunk and leave a huge step from one column to the next. It has to slope.

Otherwise, maybe think about paying someone to get it straight.

Rewriting base file may actually be a good idea. I didnt start the tune, came in to assist when they couldnt even get it running. So youre correct I need to compare with base file and probably just start from scratch. Thanks for your expertise!

Now a specific question. Am i correct in the understanding that the op accel/decel is just the computer running off the VE table and if its way off itll surge as its doing? Or should i be looking else where if the problem is still present after changing tune files back to stock with the necessary updates per hptuners course work.

No. It's going into PE. That's some of the stuff you need to put back to stock.

It also looks like in your log the TPS voltage is too low at idle. Need to clock the sensor to get your volts to roughly .5 or half a volt. It's hovering around .3 now and that will most likely set a TPS code.

Is the regulator vacuum referenced? Last file you had it referenced, and on the latest it's non-referenced. Match Default Injector Pulse to Min. Set Transient>Min Fuel Mg to 0.023.

O2 crossover voltage is at Oxygen Sensors>Rich/Lean vs Airflow.

PE is set to 100% TPS. Youre saying im still goin into PE at minimal throttle? I dont understand that. However, I can adjust the TPS easy.

Regulator is not vacuum referenced, Ill verify tomorrow when im back with the car. Ill look into the changes as well SiriusC

OK sooooooo, made all suggested changes and went back to a stock file made all needed injector changes etc. I did leave the TPS voltage where it was at and it hasnt caused me any issues..... Car starts and runs on stock VE table (still ltft -30% but a few drive cycles and ill have it dialed in now that i can drive it). Using throttle does not set op accel/decel. There must have been something the other guy did with the original file, segment swapping an 04 silverado? Anyways I've been able to add all the "ghost cam" i want and the car runs and idles great. Thanks for all the input. Even if most of it was useless jargon.
