6.2L FED heads Stage 2 blower cam 2650 with 112mm TB. T-56 twin disc clutch. Goes into PRM at 3200 rpm. First data log it gave me a P2167 idle relearn did that code cleared. New at this will try anything.
Thanks

Did I do it wrong? the 2009 C6.channels.xml should be it.
The .xml file is a channel configuration. The .hpl file is a data log. The calibration file or "tune" has a .hpt extension.

need the tune mate
I apologize I'm figuring this out. Thanks
The data log definitely looks like the tune needs work but I don't have an answer for the code. It's an odd one that's for sure. First thing I would probably do is throw a stock throttle body on it.

I can't fit a stock TB on a kong blower, I have a NW 102mm. I can try that. I installed a honeycomb 3.5 inches in front of the mass air flow sensor. Would a weak mass air flow sensor cause power reduction mode?
I know for a fact a 90mm throttle body will bolt up. You may need an adapter so it seals (hole in the snout might be too big) but it'll bolt up. I have a Kong in the shop right now.
A MAF problem will not cause that particular code. If it were a MAF or airflow problem you should get different codes than the one you have.

I'll try that and report back. Thanks.
if this is your first go at this type of combo, I might be worth contacting some one with more experience.
I did and that's the tune I got. IDK what else to do.
You can contact me directly through the email in my sig. I've tuned more than a few of these things.

Change your etc scaler to 8100. Should help get things closer. You can see the problem starting around 30 % pedal and gets worse with more. I don't see plate flop, which is very typical with big tb's. The stock tb with your current tune should show things more in line. Now something I find interesting is your tb is doing the opposite of what it should be doing with the tune screwed like yours is. Your tb should be over opening instead of being under pedal. It may even just be a junk tb or resistance on a terminal unless that brand of tb purposely sets things up that way. I have only known one company to do that and don't remember the company or what size it was. But basically you had to set the size smaller than factory for it to work.

It's a kong TB ive message them about it and they told me edelbrock makes their TB's to notify them if I have any issues. I'll make that adjustment and let you know what I find. Thanks
The old NW's TB's were notorious for it. We actually helped him do some R&D for the fix on our 416 stroker at the shop I was working with at the time running a 2300 blower with a 108tb. Basically they'll suck so much air through that it causes turbulence and that then causes the plate to start dancing due to gear lash which leads to it closing and opening once the air starts hitting the front side and vacuum pulling on the back side then the motor loses control or the ability to hold the plate in place. NW's came up with about a twice diameter tb motor from a land rover "I think - could be completely wrong about that" to fix the issue for all power levels. All of his big boosted tb's have that in them now.
To the OP, you could even have something hitting the plate not letting it open any further via an area in the blower or something like that.

Try setting MAX throttle to 90% ECM 3220
I didn't see MAP logged. GEN 4 ECM's shut down at 255kpa. Heads up cause I had two Kongs brought to me in the past year pullied over that and both cars hit a hard shut down when they saw 255kPa.

I'll try that after the ETC scalar adjustment. Thanks.
