I would also recommend some bend after the mufflers. At least a 45. That will help at part throttle keep it from being able to pull air the opposite direction across the O2s.

    I can do that. Thanks
Here is a new log with the knock sensor sensitivity at 129---still knocks.

    I added 10% fuel from 127kpa up to 255---from 4000rpm to 6800rpm.
10 degrees knock retard. Looks like I will be shifting at 4000rpm. I guess some better fuel is required? Is any of that octane booster any good for testing---don't want to empty the tank. Grrrrr

Time for some better fuel. Took out about 3-4 degrees of timing, and left it rich. Still knocks.

No, nobody around here has Brisk plugs---podunk Fl. , but I did the 45's on the exhaust and went down to the local parts store and got some "guaranteed" octane booster. It kept the knock down to about 1 degree. Thats about 98 octane.
Something is switching timing to the low octane table before it starts knock. There is Burst knock, maybe that's it ??

I reduced timing to 10 degrees at wot, made two runs and only got .4 degrees knock retard on one of them. Now to get my E85 sensor wired up and I will be OK. I reduced the last row of timing from 5600 up to 9.5 degrees, for grins and longer lasting cylinders.
    Thanks!!!

That's all I know of for them. Yes they are expensive. But they work.
