    break in procdure?
its a roller cam engine, there is no break in.
start it, look for leaks, close the hood and get on the dyno for tuning.

    Anything else?

For the most part many just use 100% NON synthetic for break in. I am usually pretty easy on a new motor for the first 100 or so miles. No WOT. Not to sure what everyone else does but that's just me.
First oil change at around 500-1,000 switching to full synthetic.

If the hone job was done correctly the rings should seat almost instantly. Definitely within the first 15-20 minutes of operation.

On new engines, I prime the oil system then once they start I'll keep them up off idle for a few minutes. Until the valve train quiets down. Then a quick check for leaks, make sure the temp stabilizes and there's no air in the cooling system, then beat it like a bad kid.

Whatever it is bored to will add displacement. Just add that displacement to the "Cylinder Volume" at [ECM] 2001.
That will take care of it. VE still needs tuning but you are removing a variable thereby reducing a cumulative error.
