Dodge Ram 2017 5,7 Hemi with Comp NSR 1 HRT 216/222

Hello, I've had the HP tuner for a long time, but unfortunately no experience with tuning. On my Ram gen 4 (17) 5.7 hemi i installed the comp NSR Stage 1 HRT 216/222 camshaft for dodge hemi with VVT 2009+ with cam phaser limiter and now without MDS. Has anyone by chance done the same thing and created a customized file?
