DTC P0430 Question

2001 Camaro Z28

Car keeps getting a P0430 DTC code setting the SES light.
I set the rear O2s to No error reported and cleared the DTC's and the code P0430 still keeps turning on the SES light?

What is the problem ?

As of yesterday I set P0430 DTC to no error reported but I would still like to know what the problem is, considering i turned off the rear O2s and it still set the code off.

Since your car has 2 cats, there is also a code P0420. Set it to no error reported as well.
