2017 Cruze wont crank after auto start/stop disabling

Have a customer that wanted to disable the auto start/stop feature on their kids 2017 cruze with a 1.4 automatic. Read the file, changed the start/stop "switch", licensed file, flashed, no crank/start.

Flash original file and its fine, flash modified file no crank, even tried write entire with same issue. Ran out of time today so just put the original file back on to send him on his way but hoping to figure this out as Im currently out $200 in credits.
