need 2004.5 cummins stock tune with vin 3D7KU28C34G245826

So ive got an 04.5 in the shop that had a bricked ecm. the customer found one used and i installed it. truck wont start because of skim and vin not programmed. i have done it in the past where i would pull the vin from the original ecm with the original vin in it and wrote that onto the new ecm and got it to match. but since i cant do that with this one what are my options thanks
