2019 mustang gt mt82 swap with Roush stage 2

I?m looking for advice, I have a 2019 Mustang Gt with a mt82 tranny. I used a ford control pack for the wiring and added a Roush stage 2. Now there are no tuners/programmer close to where I live. Now Roush states that I have to use the original pcm as the control pack pcm does not have a serial number for the program to attach too. Is this true? Is there a way around this? If I use the original pcm I will have to deal with all the PATS and misc program not required in a 67 mustang swap. Please point me in the right direction.
