2008 Ford Crown Victoria Beginner Help please

2008 Ford crown Victoria .. has a gt45 eBay turbo .. has upgraded maf sensor .. Has AEM wideband .. still factory fuel system. Running 93 octane ..I've scaled the maf ..Turned a few things off .. and turned off some diagnostic codes .. Not sure where to go from there .. I know there is alot more to it than that . Awaiting to upgrade fuel .. I feel theres more power with the factory fuel system still. Can send whatever is needed .. not asking for a free tune .. would rather be told/showed what is needed . but point me in the right please direction ..

You need injectors

A GT45 is a little bit big for that engine, but if it works. I bet the spool time is unreal, if it even will lite.
