Won't data log now? Do I need more credits?

So, I worked with my local tuner and we were able to...

Data Log using the RTD+ device
Download Base Tune using the laptop
Send to tuner who converted it and uploaded it to TDN
He made some transmission adjustments and put it back on the TDN network
I downloaded the tune and wrote to car

    All good right?

Now we wanted to do some data logging to find out what room was still left on the table with a pull in 4th

I go to data log and it fails. Over and over and over again.

I noticed this and wasn't sure if it was an issue?

    Device ID: REDACTED
    Credits Purchased: 4
    Credits Used: 4
    Credits Available: 0
    License Flags: 11

Do I need credits to even data log?

No credits are necessary to datalog.
It doesn't have to be perfect, it just needs to be done in two weeks...

No additional credits are needed for data logging. The issue is likely due to connectivity, configuration, or software/firmware problems. By following the troubleshooting steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and continue data logging with your RTD+ device.

    1. Update Software and Firmware:
Download and install the latest version of the HP Tuners software. Connect your RTD+ device and check for any firmware updates.

    2. Check Connections:
Ensure all connections are secure and that the RTD+ device is properly seated in the OBD-II port.

    3. Verify Configuration:
Open VCM Scanner and confirm that all desired channels for data logging are correctly configured.

    4. Reset the Device:
Sometimes, performing a reset on the RTD+ device can help clear any temporary issues.

    5. Contact Support:
If you?ve tried all the above steps and still face issues, contacting HP Tuners support for further assistance would be advisable. Provide them with detailed information about the problem and any error messages you encounter.
