I?m currently on the fence about converting my 86 fs bronco eecIV to an explorer EECV if there was full support for all 95-01 explorers. Don?t want to buy an external tranny controller and a separate engine control system. Maybe I missed it in this thread but are all 95-01 exploders covered now?

Do you have the beta software? If so, open it and go to help - about and check for updates.

When does it say it failed? Did you request the EEC-V firmware?

I have dumb question on the 1999-2004 Mustang what timing selection to use for adding timing mainly wot I think it could use a couple degrees . On these there is not a high octane map I can see .

Borderline Knock is generally what you use to set the timing. However if MBT is lower than what you request, it will clip to that value.

Ok , on the mpvi3 supported applications it still says that eecv is not supported in any capacity.

Is this still the case or can I now buy a MPVI3 to tune a 03 Terminator?

Out of the box, if you hook up an MPVI3 to any EEC, it will tell you not supported until you get the EEC specific firmware.

For tracking purposes would you be able to open a support ticket? We'd really prefer all of the new definitions to go through the proper channels.
