GC SRT 6.4 2015 tuning

Hey Guys, I?am about to tune my first Jeep SRT 6.4 hemi and looking for some pointers.
First of all what?s the safest way to make it 2 wheel drive for my dyno?

Do I to tune the VE tables after I tune the ANN?

Do I turn PE off while tuning the ANN ?

While tuning the ANN doing I turn all the fueling adders/subtracter off while chasing stoich ?

ANN is dependent on how much modification you do in your engine... you can start with OFF, tune VE, timing and fuel and then turn it back ON.
