2008 Silverado, BFD 5.3 cam kit HELP PLEASE

Hi, I'm new to the forum, I've been having the most problems with my tune for months..ive owned the tuner but haven't been able to get registered till today. I bought this 08 gen4 Silverado 4.8L in Jan, needed heads ..i bought a rebuilt engine for 2000$ with the bfd cam and heads installed never ran.
found out it was a Gen3, not a 4,so I swapped the top end out, including
    heads and cam,(TSP B.F.D. "Chop Monster" 5.3L Cam Specs: 228/232 .629"/.600" 108 LSA 105 ICL)
    7.14 push rods
    Trunion upgrade kit
double roller timing chain and sprocket,
    Melling oil pump
    it has new
    knock sensors
    cam sensor
    spark plugs and wires
    water pump
    gaskets all around
    rest is stock
    OEM
    torque converter
    3.73 gears
    trans
    intake
    everything else
I tried tuning it myself and researching ..but I'm still learning ..got a guy in Canada helping but his specialty is Duramax.. The last tune sent had the idle jumping like a jack rabbit and almost dying out, almost over heated and my brake now feel like vibrate and they're hard to push at low speeds.. wasn't able to log that one...I'm adding the last tune i added to and that he did, With the last log in did for both.
please somebody all i wanted was to get it smogged and ride with a nice engine sound, not just a muffler.. God!! was i in over my head
all the parts, The tuner, the credits and tags..im tapped..i would of been at the dyno.. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Gen 3 engines have a 24x crank reluctor wheel, Gen 4 ECM can only use a 58x reluctor.
    Gen4 injector data converted to Gen3 format--->GM Gen4 Injectors v2.1.xls

Heads and Cam are fine. Its the gen 3 24X crankshaft that will not work.

I'd get rid of that cam. The only thing it would be good for is the sound.

Log Injector duty cycle %, Injector pulse width B1 & B2, Mass airflow, Mass airflow sensor. What injectors do you have? Try this to see if it helps.

i have the BFD Chopmonster 6.0 cam in my 99 lq9/4l80 swapped Trans Am and had a tuner close to me tune it..... it put down 414WHP and 419WTQ thru the stalled 4l80..... so to say its only good for sound.. i disagree.... however that's not to say there aren't better cams out there. it has good potential for power and makes a hell of a chop. considering the WHP readings the dynojet gave us id have to estimate my engine is putting out about 500 at the crank... Thats pretty good for a cam thats intended for sound/chop.

Tuning for drivability was/has been a real PITA but worth it in my opinion

i currently am gathering parts to turbo the car and when that time comes I'll swap out the cam for one that's more suited for Boost..

In your head.. how is that remotely similar to a low compression 4.8L/5.3L heavy truck running this cam?

Cam just isn't right for your application.. 4.8 is pretty small CI unless you want to run rpms way up in a lighter car.
A 6.2 or 6.2 would be workable, but still not the best choice for a heavy truck.
Make sure you have the correct crank reluctor for your ecm and get a smaller cam. Then you'll be happier instead
of a constant fight. I know it's a lot of work but you'll actually have something you enjoy afterwards.
There may even be a market to sell your current cam to someone with a car/bigger engine/ etc
    Good Luck !
