I can/do provide stock tune files for the 2010+ Cummins for $50, all I need is the VIN and a picture of the Cummins sticker on the ECM. For anyone that find themselves in the no start situation after attempting a read of the ECM with HP Tuners without doing your research beyond what is just the ?cheapest?, providing a stock tune file for you won?t help you unless HP Tuners can still communicate with the truck, which it most likely will not and you will need to have a bench flash recovery of the ECM and a bench flash recovery is something I cannot provide at this time for anyone needing it.
Just because the initial upfront cost, the cost price of the device itself is cheap and possibly others telling you the HP Tuners is the best, that is NOT the case for the 2010+ Cummins. It has failures on reads and writes all the time on many many trucks. Buy cheap, you get cheap.
