Try loading the beta version of VCM Suite. I think i went through the same troubles
I tried too, but to no avail
did you download and install the drivers ? I had to do that too but not entirely sure if it made any difference. Worth trying

im out of tricks
hardware issue of some sort. Looks like our support tech has already offered to call it in for testing and diag.
