09380717 pcm cant seem to get wiring right, i use a mpvi3 and i get no vehicle power but on a meter i get 12.33 on the pcm pins then same to dlc tried 5 different wiring, some diagram cause a short circuit to blew a fuse i hooked to a circuit?
