Freshly and fully built. Whipple flutter issue, AWD not functining

I just had my SRT fully built and am having some "flutter" issues with the whipple bypass I think. Also, cold start sucks and am getting multiple cylinder mis-fires. I dopn't think this is related, but I am getting the "service AWD" FFC blah blah blah not functioning.

    1st Here are my specs
    2015 Jeep GC SRT
    fully forged 392, 10.1:1 pistons
Comp Cam Stage 2 PD cam (with all supporting mods, lifters, push rods, springs, etc)
High Volume/Pressure oil pump (70psi on start up, about 45psi when idling)
    Whipple stage 2, Gen 2 2.9 kit
ATI 6% Dampener (running about 15psi)
FIC 1000cc's (boost a pump from whipple)
    E85 tune

issue 1: Any idea what is causing the flutter? Not enough vacuum from the cam? Should I get a smooth boost?

Issue 2: Cold start mis fires. Guessing I need more fuel on start up and a lot more timing?

Issue 3: The AWD not working, whats weird is sometimes when I turn the ignition on, I can feel the TC motor engage and it makes the car lurch forward. I am guessing it is either the TC Module or the TC motor are bad.

You did not share the log.... but list of signals / PIDs.
