I?m looking for a lap timing app .. Hoping the forum can help with a question

I?d like to be able to record the laps (data and video) on my phone - and then later review in the app on my iPad

I have a choice of two phones - Apple and Android ? would probably prefer to use the Android, but not essential

Our local racetrack has limited (if any) mobile phone reception

Is this possible with this app?

Also, how much is the full version, if needed?
