I have the 3 bar map sensor in the channels and I also have the column and row axis copied to the graphs. It shows zero at KOEO but as soon as the engine turns over it goes to 133 kPa

It changed it to 105 kPa and when I start the vehicle it stays in the 105 cell even when revving the engine. I have tried of the map pids with no change.

If this is a 2 or 3 bar OS you have to use that MAP sensor pid and delete the stock one. I don't think the SAE pid will work. It's a custom Hptuners thing.

Also it is a known issue that they do not read KOEO MAP for the 2 and 3 bar custom os's for GEN 3.

Correct. I used 3 bar in the PIDs and in the Graph. The Baro reads KOEO but the map doesn't. When i crank it over and start it ildles at 135 kPa and i know thats not right

Yeah Alvin is correct and I was wrong. You should be using the 3 bar MAP pid. Weird thing though is that it was working before, although incorrect. Now your Baro looks correct but the MAP isn't reading at all. It just sits still at 165 Kpa.

Yeah. I believe it's a bad MAP sensor. I've ordered a new one.

OK, Replacing the map sensor fixed the problem with the kPa problem. Now the engine revvs up to 3700 rpms and stays there. I let it run for 20 seconds and it never came down. What tables do I need to adjust to start to get it to idle normal?

Oh boy, I feel a Crystal ball moment coming. In order to head it off, post the current config. file along with a log of the issue and make sure the air flow PID's are present.

Ed, I was trying to help you maintain your new, kinder, gentler, interweb version. LOL

Boy, I peaked at the log last night. Take a big swing at the throttle follower and cracker, something like minus 50% and see what it does. That will at least tell us if your in the right place or something else is going on. Oh ya, you need to log all the idle airflow PID's.

Oh and I forgot this also:

I did everything that you said with no change. In have compared the pins on the PCM to the IAC motor plug and it is correct. I checked the pins on the PCM and they are not bent or corroded.

Is the throttle place closed? Is there a vacuum leak? Did you try cutting 50% out of the BRAF table?

Too much BRAF. Re-enable idle adaptives. They're zeroed.

    Tune VE. It's obviously rich.

Injector Offset needs the 0kPa values copied to the other columns for vacuum reference. IFR has this correct.

    Fuel>Transient>Min Fuel Mg to 0.010.
