    Does the engine, PCM, throttle body and pedal all match? They all come from the same vehicle?

    Where is the MAF sensor? Are you using the stock air intake and filter box?

    Battery needs to be charged and tested. Cranking voltage is VERY low.

    All stock components that "came" with the engine. He bought the engine from a reputable place as far as we know. They said it came from the same car but of course that could be inaccurate. MAF is in the air tube but no air cleaner on it. It's near the throttle body but we can certainly move it outward. Not using the stock air box. I can have him charge the battery to ensure our voltage is at least 12.5 volts. At this point I just need a good file to get her fired and running. Patience and attention to detail I guess. Again I am more than willing to pay for a file. Just to new to HP Tuners to know all the little details.
