6.1 swap throttle pedal problems

Any help would be appreciated
I?ve got my gen3 6.1 running on a stripped down oe harness
But I have no throttle tried to relearn pedal with hp tuners but it repeatedly fails I have several DTC?s as in photo
I?ve also noticed as in video accelerator position E drops to 0% every now and then you can see the throttle percentage rises and falls as the pedal is operated
