    Exclamation MED17.5 detect protocol failed

Hi everyone! Faced a problem. I previously set up MED9, everything was fine. Now that I have bought a new car on the MED17, when I try to read ECM, I get the error "detect protocol failed." I haven't had a problem like this before. My car Skoda yeti 1.8TSI, it is indicated that my car must be supported by the program. But before buying loans, I decided to make sure that my adapter could read my car and clicked "Gather info" to see if my car would be determined. As a result, I get detect protocol failed. Can someone help? The car is in perfect condition, no additional devices are installed, ECM is factory.

I would suggest reaching out to support with a ticket and they can help you.

unfortunately I'm using other tools to tune Audi and VW, there's no success using HPT and the support is horrible

The developers simply blocked my adapter due to a violation of licensing rights. Now I don’t know what to do with my new car on MEd17.
