P59 Computer not responding to a larger Throttle body.

Hello, so as the title says I have a P59 ECU not responding to a larger TB or any TB for that matter. A little run down on the truck, it's a single cab with an LS2 out of a 2005 corvette swapped into it. It has a larger cam, ported heads, stock LS2 intake, roller rockers and 50lb injectors. It has a basic idle and crank tune that I put together using the MAF and idle airflow tables. When trying to run the original TB off of the 5.3l that was in the truck before the swap it will crank and idle fine. However as soon as you attempt to rev the engine it's extremely sluggish, unless you ease into it very slowly. It will not go into REP with the stock TB. I then purchased an X-Link and tried to run a TB off a 2008 Silverado 1500 it's also a gold blade like the stock TB but is a 6 pin. I'm assuming the Stock TB is probably a scaling issue which I'm not very knowledgeable about. The interesting thing is the non-stock TB with the X-link, it won't do anything moving wise. it will also go into REP with this TB. I'm pretty new to tuning so I certainly need someone more knowledgeable than me to help. Thank you.

Do you have the throttle body from the original LS2?

Yes, I do but it's a silver blade off a 05 c6. We have tried it also, but it doesn't move at all. Whether it be input from the pedal or slightly moving when the ignition is turned over.

Will the desired throttle area have anything to do with this issue?

If you can't make it work with the proper throttle body, using something miss matched is probably not the best idea. Should probably run down the throttle body inop. diagnostic chart.
