Maf fuel trim graph setup trouble.

I set up a MAF fuel trim graph to log with following the step-by-step instructions found in this forum. I was able to get it set up. During my drive I noticed the rpm in the cell I was driving in did not match actual engine rpm. What I mean is. For example, when engine is idling, in the rpm scale header it shows to be idling at 2800 rpm and at cruise it shows 5800 rpm. I have gone back and checked things over in the graph editor I don't see the issue. Logged rpm is correct in the gauges and other channels in scanner. Engine is a ls2 in a Jeep YJ. Any help is appreciated. I attached tune file and log below. Maybe its tune related. Maybe I don't understand what I'm seeing. Can someone take a look?

On the maf histogram you should have it set with Hz at the top. RPM isn't used in that histogram. But i dont see RPM being logged in the Chanel list either.
