    99 5.3 tune opinions

A friend of mine bought a cam and heads that was previously in a Silverado with a 6.0 bored out to a 6.2. When he bought the parts he was given this file from the 6.2 engine. He wnats to use it as a starting point. I explained to him its not that simple.. with the most obvious reason it was from a 6.2 and his engine is a 5.3.

But all that aside if anyone wants to take a quick review of it and see if its a good tune. Basically i don't wanna even attempt to use this as a reference if its dog shit. If its a good tune then awesome maybe i can learn a few things. Thanks for the help.

The stock tune is going to be closer as a starting point.

Not a good tune anyway. Engine>Airflow>Dynamic>High RPM Disable 40 says all you need to know about whoever tuned it.

    Needs bigger fuel injectors too.
2016 Silverado CCSB 5.3/6L80e, not as slow but still heavy.

If you don't post your tune and logs when you have questions you aren't helping yourself.

Thanks for the reply's. tried it out against my insistence we started from scratch. Ran like shit lol. On his stock tune i was attempting to make initial changes to the VE table and no matter how much i added the fuel trims were at 20-40% at 1200 rpm. Injector pulse width was at 18 ms at 1200rpm. that is to high right? Unfortunately i do not have the log to upload.
