Put a set of Deka 80 injectors in a 2002 Mustang GT today. Data is good as far as I know and its running insanely rich. Trims are pulling 50% between them.
From some research I see others in the past experiencing the same issues without a resolution. Is it possible that that I'm hitting an injector size limit? I did find this that talks about scaler when using big injectors or when exceeding the MAF airflow with the EEC-V.

I've never personally had an issue. Try lowering the minimum pulsewidth and see if it gets under control. A quick test to see if this is it... set minpw to 0.

I will try to drop the PW to zero....but it's not just an idle thing...it goes across the entire map range. STFT and LTFT both running nearly -25. The article I linked shows the limits on injector size for the EEC-V and the 75lb/hr is definitely over the limit.Originally Posted by Eric@HPTuners

How is anyone supposed to know anything without knowing your complete specs and looking at your tune file? It's most likely a scaling issue. Need to know the engine specs, the MAF and need to see your tune file. 100% it's a matter of scaling the injectors correctly to the MAF.

Scale and watch min_PW as mentioned. Also, check your Deka 80 data against this. It is the most updated and accurate Deka 80 data available. Yes, the link is on the Gen III LS section, but within that file is a Ford data tab.
