L98 '91 c4 Corvette tuning advice

Hi guys I'm trying to make sure a friend from school is headed down the right track getting his `91 l98 C4 6.2 stroker tuned correctly. He wants to go through a shop called unlimited performance in Corpus Christi and I am wondering if anyone has heard of them or if you can give me some Intel on how these old ecms are tuned cause it doesn't look like hptuners will do it.

I informed him to make sure where ever he goes to get the as found and current tune sent to him via email so it's in a safe place!

I think tunercat is what is typically used for the C4 vettes.

I'm sure there's other tuning software for that, but Tunercat is going to be the main one.
