AFR not moving on HP Tuners

I have recently added Ballenger AFR500v2 and it is reading AFR on its screen.
However, on HP Tuners scanner the AFR does not move.
On the couple of logs I have taken the AFR is stationary at either 11.19 or 9.87.
The solder joints of the wiring to the Pro Link appear to be good, so I'm not sure what the issue is.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Do you have the Channels setup correctly?

You have to add Ballenger to the channel list like RDF1 says
